Proofing
All marketing orders go into an internal tracking system to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Once an order is entered by the marketing staff, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the order. It is your responsibility to approve, or disapprove the proof with desired changes in writing in a timely manner.

- Template | 1-3 business days for initial proof
- Custom | 7-10 business days for initial proof
Production Times
- Flyers | in by 10am, ships next business day
- Postcards | in by 10am, ships next business day
- Brochures | in by 10am, ships next business day
- Permaflyer | in by 10am, ships next business day
- Buyer/Seller Books | 5-7 business days
- Business Cards | 2-3 business days
- Notecards | in by 10am, ships next business day

Fees
- Template: $20 setup fee, per page
- Custom: $60 setup fee, per page. Any marketing material can be customized.
- Shipping: All print items will incur a shipping fee. Cost is dependent on weight and speed.
- Rush: A $60 fee is applied to any order requiring the initial proof prior to standard turnaround time.
- Flipbook: $25 unless printed copies are ordered, in which case it’s free.
- Cancellation: Design time and print costs will be charged on all projects, even when canceled
